smoldering

ok so you know when you're going for that "im so smoldering" look and you do eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid?
it always comes off within the hour..... any tricks for keeping it smoldering?

    Take an liner brush and dab "carbon" liner shadow over the liner on the inside of the lid. A manager at the Mac counter showed me this and it is ok for even people with sensitive eyes (me!!!). Works like a charm.

    Exactly what Jeenie said, it works, not just with carbon, but what ever color your using. I do the same thing with white when I try to make the eye look bigger. You can play with texture as well. Sometimes if I'm doing a black smodering look, I'll do eyeliner > powder> then a sweep of a sparkly finishing powder. Another thing, when it comes to that smoldering/smoky look, it's all anout blend, blend, blend!
