Hello!
I am new to the Tribe and need some help! I am going to an intentional sex-positive play party this month with a Circus theme.
I want to go the more "modern exotic circus" path (not the traditional clown type stuff)...but I am overwhelmed at the idea of choosing a particular look!!
Could anyone suggest where I might be able to find some pictures of exotic circus type faces?? I have been searching the net, but to no avail...

Wed, March 9, 2005 - 2:21 PMOk so when I thought of circus performer I thought more of the tight rope walkers and pretty girls that ride the horses...less of clowns. Something like this came to mind

Except...in my mind it was cooler. Less like face painting...I am not sure how to put it into words. I would say just experiment with stuff like this and use colors to match your outfit.
Since it is an adult play party...something tight, stretchy and sparkly would be ideal and go along with the tightrope walker theme.
I dunno...maybe I am stretching it a bit. Let me know what you think. -

Thu, March 10, 2005 - 9:39 AMYes....thank you!! I think I know what you mean about being less like face painting. I am seeing using/playing with the butterfly wing effect- but perhaps without the butterfly body that is painted down the nose..?
